MTBRO Faux Grass Review (2026): 5 Things to Know About Its Dog Potty Pads Before You Buy
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
MTBRO was best known for dog potty pads, but when we checked, we couldn't find any current MTBRO turf listing on Amazon US.
MTBRO sold artificial grass dog potty pads online, most notably a 3 × 5 ft pad with a tall, roughly 1.5 in pile, plus smaller pads. It appeared in budget roundups as a low-cost pet option. But on our research date, searches for MTBRO on Amazon US returned no MTBRO turf products. So this review is shorter than our others. It explains what MTBRO offered, why availability matters, what to check in any dog pad and which verified alternatives to buy instead.
Verdict Status: no current MTBRO turf listing found on Amazon US on 18 October 2026. What to do: if you see an MTBRO pad from another seller, check the checklist below before buying. Otherwise, choose one of the verified alternatives. Our take: from our hands-on work with artificial grass, the tall 1.5 in pile MTBRO was known for looks lush but traps mess on a potty pad, so a shorter, well-drained pad from a brand you can still contact is the safer buy.
What did MTBRO sell?
MTBRO's range centred on dog potty pads:
- 3 × 5 ft dog potty pad. Its main product, with a tall pile of about 1.5 in.
- Smaller pads. For crates, trays and puppy training.
We can't confirm current specs, warranty terms or buyer feedback, because we couldn't find live listings to check.
Why availability matters
When a turf brand disappears from Amazon, three things change for buyers:
- No verified reviews to check. You can't see recent buyer feedback.
- Warranty and support are uncertain. It may be hard to reach the seller if something goes wrong.
- Look-alike listings appear. Other sellers may use similar names or photos.
How to judge any dog potty pad
Use this checklist on any pad, MTBRO or otherwise:
- Drainage. Holes or a woven backing so urine passes through.
- A tray or waterproof surface underneath, indoors or on balconies.
- A short to medium pile. Easier to rinse than very tall pile. See short pile faux grass.
- Washability. Rinsable or machine-washable pads are easiest to keep fresh.
- Reviews that match the product. Read a few reviews to make sure they're about the pad.
That last point matters. While checking alternatives, we found one heavily reviewed dog grass pad whose review summary described a flag stand, not a grass pad. That suggests the listing's reviews came from a different product. Skip listings like that.
What MTBRO buyers say by listing
